Food/Drink people think are healthy but really are not

Today i'm going to be sharing with you some food and drinks that you think might be healthy and good for your body but are also some of the worst things you could ever put into your body's. (FRUIT JUICE) It sounds like an easy way to get in some of our five + a day, but fruit juices are loaded with sugar. And they don’t contain the valuable fibre found in eating fruit whole.  Fruit juice also contains some nutrients, and that may be beneficial for health, but they also contain relatively high amounts of sugar from natural sources.Although fruit juices have been associated with an increased risk of diabetes and heart disease, whole fruits have not.
