Welcome back to my blog

This term the kaupeka hub has been busy doing science we focused many on the four topics they were...

(climate change and the water cycle)

(how dose your heart work)

(race to save our population)

(materiel world)

We did this every week on a Tuesday, we went in rotations with our home bases. We all had a google doc with the scientific method for each rotation
they looked like this.

    Hey Charlotte,

    I really liked how you outlined the several different areas of science we have covered this term. It would be great to see you explain what you did for each experiment and how it linked to that 'nature of science'. Remember to always start a new sentence with a capital letter. Looking forward to seeing your final science experiment!

Welcome back to my blog Its the first week back at school for term four and we have been introduced to our new PBL question for the term.... I think we are all really exited about our PBL (How can I celebrate who I am?) How can we speak up to discrimination! thoughts and feeling about discrimination? On the second day of term the teachers gave all the students a feeling of witch made us understand what it felt like to be discriminated agents. All the students had different thoughts and feelings about this it was inserting to see what sight of comets all the different people came up with. This term we are focusing on discrimination there are lots of different types of discrimination such as  Harassment inappropriate jokes, insults, name calling or displays such as a poster or cartoons directed at a person because of their race, colour, sex or gender. (Do u stand up to DISCRIMINATION???)(If so tell me how in u stand up and speak up in the comments???)

Week three Free choice Blog

Dead Harry Book  Sam has a problem.  His beast mate Harry has been killed.  But Harry's ghost is sticking around.  There are rules  to being a ghost and  he's got to learn them. Dead Harry needs Sam's help.  But Sam needs Harry's help too.  Because the same killers are after him.  The book started of like i thought because he died and nobody new till the next morning. We are reading about four chapter's at a time and after my group and i do our jobs on our literacy circles. I found the book very twisted and sharp corners. The thing i am looking forward to is the ending.
